Cali Bamboo flooring warrants to the purchaser that these Fossilized, Organic, Distressed Fossilized, Organic Studio, Palmera, pre-finished floors:
1. Are free of any manufacturing defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining and coating. Damages
due to improper transportation, storage, installation, or any other cause are not covered. Product quality
variation or error that does not exceed the 5% industry standard is not considered a factory defect.
2. Have a structural guarantee that it will not pull apart or separate for 15 years.
3. Is protected by an aluminum oxide UV-protected finish that will not wear through for 5 years under normal commercial applications.
Any claims for warranty must be received within 30 days after the defect has been identified. Whenever this warranty
is applicable, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing bamboo, at no cost to you, the original end-consumer.
Warranty date is from the date of purchase. Warranty only applies when product is used under normal foot traffic
conditions, and as long as you follow all the preventive instructions as prescribed in the installation guides - found
online at http://www.calibamboo.com/bamboo-floor-installation-guide.html, and the product is not used in a highly fluctuated moisture environment.
This warranty is non-transferable. Cali Bamboo requests the right to have a designated agent inspect and retrieve the
flooring section in question. Moldings are not covered. Natural bamboo floors, as other wood floors, due to their
composition, are subject to seasonal contraction and expansion. It is the owner's responsibility to provide and maintain appropriate humidity levels between 40%-60% via the use of humidifier and/or de-humidifier. Failure to do so will void warranty. As bamboo is a natural product, we do not guarantee variations of color due to the natural characteristics of bamboo.
This warranty excludes any blemishes or damage caused by improper maintenance (including the use of detergents,
furniture, dusting, sprays, or any other cleaning and maintenance products), excessive moisture, excessive heat or cold, excessive dryness, negligence, spike-heeled shoes, water, erosion, sand, other abrasives, insufficient padding under furniture, pets, wet mopping, insects, excessive sanding, settlement or movement of the structure to which the flooring is attached, installation over improper subfloor, installation of flooring over visible defect, uneven or improper subfloor surface, or failure to follow the installation and preventative instructions for this product (online at http://www.calibamboo.com/bamboo-floor-installation-guide.html ).
This warranty is limited to a one time repair or replacement of deficient flooring. Small cracks that develop from improper moisture control, flooding and/or excessive dryness is not covered under this warranty. Expanding and contracting of the bamboo floor is not covered under this warranty. Issue at hand must be noticeably covering at least 20% of the total bamboo floor area for the claim to be considered. Radiant Heat: Bamboo flooring should not be installed over radiant heat system reaching over 80 degrees; damage from such installation is not covered by warranty. Installation of this flooring in bathrooms is not covered by warranty. This warranty is null and void if the flooring was purchased at auction.
This is the complete warranty and is in lieu of all other expressed and/or implied warranties. Cali Bamboo LLC assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages. The only remedy provided is the replacement or refund of the defective product. The decision to replace or refund is at the sole discretion of Cali Bamboo LLC Warranty registration required: upon receipt of flooring purchase, please fill out the information below and email or fax this sheet to Cali Bamboo LLC Products (858.200.9540). Failure to do so within 30 days will void warranty.
