How to Order
1) Call: Please call us, especially if you have questions regarding your project or are unsure of how much and which product(s) you need. A specialist will assist you in putting together your order and advise you on installation.
2) Order online: Online purchases are available for select products and can be purchased 24/7
3) Get a Quote: if you are not ready to purchase immediately or if you are ready to order before or after business hours, please fill out an online quote and a specialist will respond within a day.
When will my Order Ship?
Cali Bamboo's order turn around time is typically 1-2 business days. Generally someone starts to get your order ready a few hours after it is placed but preparation times vary depending on complexity and volume of your order. During periods of high volume it could take up to one week, so please order early.
When will my Order Arrive?
Once an order leaves our facility, shipping times vary depending on your location. Ground and Freight orders can be delivered anywhere in the continental US in 5-7 days. Allow 15 days transit time for orders leaving the continental U.S. such as Canada, Hawaii, or the Caribbean.
Urgent Time Sensitive Orders
If your order is urgent or must arrive within a specific time window, Cali Bamboo can accommodate you. You should place these orders over the phone and you must let the salesperson know your situation clearly at the time of order so they can let you know what options are available.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email with all the appropriate package and tracking information.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
Please count and check your packages in front of the delivery driver. If in the rare instance something is incorrect, please make note of it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) in the presence of the driver, he will sign it as witness. After you have signed for your shipment and made notes of anything that might be incorrect, please send an email to help@calibamboo.com
