Green building industry leader, Cali Bamboo® has introduced a new collection to their Cali Vinyl™ line — Cali Vinyl Pro™, made with improved professional-grade strength at a customer-friendly price. The collection is geared for commercial projects that demand steadfast, 100% waterproof durability, and can be installed and cleaned quickly and easily. With an extra DIY-friendly design and beautiful hardwood imagery, this LVP is also ideal for residential applications.
Cali Vinyl Pro derives its more muscular construction from GeoCore™ — a backbone of limestone composite that delivers a stronger rapid locking system and superior structural stability. Thanks to this fortifying layer, no acclimation or transition pieces are required.
Remarking on the new collection, Cali Bamboo founder and CEO, Jeff Goldberg says, “This LVP is a great example of how, as an omnichannel manufacturer, we research and answer the needs of both homeowners and commercial installers. Cali Vinyl Pro pushes the boundaries on durability for all our industry clients, but also includes the trending colors and DIY capabilities that our residential customers prioritize.”
Leaner, Meaner Durability
Designed with the commercial installer in mind, Cali Vinyl Pro planks are shielded by an industry-leading 20mil scratch-resistant wear layer, ideal for spaces with heavy traffic, large pets, and industrial wear and tear. The GeoCore spine translates to better dimensional stability which means less expansion and contraction. It also resists indentation from high heels, pet claws, and furniture.
The Ultimate DIY Installation
The strongest drop-lock system in the industry is also easier to snap together, meaning flooring can be laid in half the time compared to traditional click-lock planks. Zero acclimation allows Cali Vinyl Pro to be floated or glued down right out of the box, and better telegraphing ability keeps it lying flat over less-than-perfect subfloors. Improved dimensional stability also enables installations without any extra transition pieces.
Fear No Moisture
A more resilient composition makes Cali Vinyl Pro 100% waterproof — ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, restaurants, gyms, and subgrade installations. Planks can be laid over any subfloor including wood, stone, and cement, or existing flooring such as laminate, vinyl, or tile. Flooring is easy to clean and can be wet mopped and disinfected.
Strong is Beautiful
Improved HiFi Imaging™ technology delivers richer colors and even more intricate detail. Each Cali Vinyl Pro floor bears unique wood grain embossing on the surface, for realistic hardwood textures. New colors capture a variety of on-trend looks from the distressed grays of Redefined Pine and Nantucket Harbor, to the warmer browns of Saddlewood and Mesquite. Walnut Creek and Classic Acacia bring deep exotic grains to customers hunting for truly show stopper flooring.
True to the Cali Bamboo brand, Cali Vinyl Pro is made without harmful toxic airborne chemicals and is safe for hospitals, homes, children, and pets. Both the flooring and the facility it is manufactured in have received Floorscore Certification from SCS Global — a trusted third party industry leader in environmental sustainability.
Built to Last
Life happens, but with a smarter, stronger design, Cali Vinyl Pro is prepared for the good days and the bad. Backed by a 50 year residential warranty, this high-style LVP is armed for stampede-level traffic, kids, pets, and industrial wear and tear — allowing life to be lived and not stressed over.
