What is Net Promoter Score?

We know this by tracking our Net Promoter Score. This number reflects how likely it is that a Cali customer will recommend us to a friend or colleague. It reveals not just customer satisfaction, but customer loyalty.
How a Net Promoter Score is Determined
On a scale of 0 to 10, customers rate how likely they are to recommend Cali Bamboo. Those who give us a 9 or 10 are considered promoters. We calculate our score by subtracting the percentage of detractors (0-6) from the percentage of promoters.
If you only have detractors your score will be -100. If you have all promoters your score will be 100. Any score above 0 is considered to be good. Anything above 50 is excellent. And anything 70 and above is considered to be world class.
Cali Bamboo’s NPS is 81.
This is far higher than the leading standard in the building products industry, and even higher than other fan favorite brands you may recognize.
